Dosage: Drink 2 ounces prepared Flor-Essence Tea 2 times per day for 90 days.
Each package contains 3 packets of dry tea. Each packet makes 32 ounces of tea.
Drink at least two liters or two quarts of filtered water daily, to help flush the toxins out of your body.
