Return Policy

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.FlorEssenceTea.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

The item must be returned, unused or used in good condition. Whenever possible, please return the product in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure credit. Please note that our Standard Return Policies do not apply to gift cards, or liquid products. For more information on our return restrictions please see the section Return Exceptions below.

Return Exceptions

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:

  1. FlorEssenceTea Gift Cards
  2. FlorEssenceTea Carrot Club Card Memberships
  3. Products in liquid form

Return Instructions

The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here is a summary of those instructions:

  • Refer to your packing slip for return information.
  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions).
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Returns of an online purchase to a FlorEssenceTea Retail Store

FlorEssenceTea guarantees satisfaction. If a customer is not pleased with a product we sell, we will offer a refund or exchange. All products are refundable/exchangeable within 30 days from the date of your order from FlorEssenceTea.com or payment made in a FlorEssenceTea Retail store with a valid sales receipt or FlorEssenceTea.com packing slip.

Refunds/Exchanges must be processed when the customer presents the goods regardless of the FlorEssenceTea store where the product was originally purchased. Please refer to your packing slip for return instructions.

Payment Policy
In order to better serve our customers, a Cash Refund and Exchange Refund policy has been established. Customers can return their purchase with a valid sales receipt and a valid photo ID within 30 days from the date or purchase. If the product came in a box or a container, you need to bring it along also in order to receive an exchange or a refund.

Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are given on product purchased with cash and brought back, used or unused, within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid sales receipt and a valid photo ID within 30 days from the date or purchase.

Exchanges: If the customer returns non-opened, used or opened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the retail sales receipt or FlorEssenceTea.com packing slip).

Note: The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due.

Merchandise Credit (FlorEssenceTea Gift Card): If the customer returns an unused, or unopened and used product without a receipt and does not wish to process an exchange for a product, a FlorEssenceTea Gift Card will be issued. The FlorEssenceTea Gift Card will be issued for the product value as outlined in the Exchange policy. A return where the original payment was a FlorEssenceTea Gift Card will be issued another FlorEssenceTea Gift Card as a Merchandise Credit.

Credit Card: Credits will be issued to the original charge account when the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date with a valid FlorEssenceTea sales receipt or FlorEssenceTea.com packing slip. Cash refunds will not be given. In the case of a lost, stolen, or closed credit card, the customer must provide a letter (on letterhead) from their credit card company that states the account was closed in good faith. Please include the letter and valid sales receipt or FlorEssenceTea.com packing slip must be presented at the store you are returning the products.

Check Refunds: If you paid by check, with a valid sales receipt, we will offer a cash refund ten business days after your purchase.

Debit Card: Debit card refunds will be issued as a cash refund within 30 days from the date of purchase with a valid sales receipt. Debit card refunds may also be issued to the original charged account if there is not sufficient cash available.

Membership Refund
FlorEssenceTea 24 Carrot Club Memberships are non-refundable.

Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 1-800-588-8139. Please supply the representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The representative will also need your e-ma il address and phone number. FlorEssenceTea will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
