I just absolutely love this tea! If you are looking for a tea with a nice flavor with menthol, look no further! The Bija Peppermint tea is super! I love to sip this tea everyday and it is caffiene free so it doesn't hurt my ablility to sleep. It is calm and soothing for me after a long days work! Also the Flor Essence Tea site I have been using offers great prices and a super Rewards Program!

I have had insomnia for years. I tried this product and found that not only did it help with that, but with digestion as well. I know I could buy stronger drugs, but I prefer the natural way! Thanks. Can you take 2 times a day or is that too much?
