Save More and Get More with My Rewards
  Our rewards program has been created to offer you additional savings. Each time you purchase a product you earn reward points that can be applied to future purchases.

For Purchases:

  • Each product shows a reward point value for that product.
  • Once your account has accumulated 200 points, you may start applying those points to your purchases.
  • You will have the option to apply points toward the purchase price at check-out, or save them for a future purchase.
  • Points can accumulate and be used for up to 365 days (one year) from the date they are awarded.
  • The expiration of points applies to each individual purchase and the number of points earned at that purchase.
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
  • Points cannot be transferred to another customer (non-transferable).
  • Points cannot be applied to shipping or postage charges.
  • Points used towards a purchase have no cash value and cannot be applied toward earning additional points.
  • If you purchase a product using points, they accumulate no additional point value through the purchase.

For Returned Items:
  • Only actual money spent for purchase will be returned.
  • Points applied to purchases that are returned, will revert back to your account.
  • Dollar amount equivalent of points will not be returned.

My Rewards program is valid only with U.S. currency.

How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
