Description

Udo's Choice Flex Defense Enzyme Blend contains seven potent proteolytic plant and fungal based enzymes. This includes bromelain, to help reduce discomfort from minor pain and stiffness in joints and muscles without side effects. These enzymes also act as a motivator to natural body defenses in recovery from minor soft tissue injuries. Udo's Choice Flex Defense Enzyme Blend joins with natural body defenses to help maintain a healthy immune response and to assist in the healing process.

Directions

I needed some help recovering from working again, which I haven't done in a while so I over did myself the 1st week and stressed my elbow and I heard that enzymes help with aches and pain when taken on an empty stomach. Long story short... I tried UDO's flex defense enzymes and wow they really worked!! Aches and pain in my elbow went away and it didn't take long either. The only thing is you have to take enough according how much pain you're in. Other than that I would recommend them to a friend.

Flex Defense enzyme are new to me, this is my first bottle of the product so I am still evaluating it, but so far so good. I have taken other flora products they have excellent products.
