Description

Udo's Choice Adult Enzyme Blend contains fifteen active plant and fungal-based enzymes. These enzymes have been chosen to aid digestion and maximize absorption. This enzyme blend is intended for adults 19-65 years. It supports digestion of foods high in protein, carbohydrates and fat. It also helps increase absorption of nutrients from food. Udo's Choice Adult Enzyme Blend is a potent formula for all types of diet plans.

Directions

Take one capsule at the beginning of each meal. For heavy meals, take an additional capsule in the middle of the meal.

I've tried other digestive enzymes and they seemed not to work as well as these. I eat a lot of meat and carbs and this helped me with trying to relieve my bloating and gas sometimes when eat in a hurry. Great price too.

This is a really good enzyme for the money. If you have problems in the bathroom like myself, then I would take a Probiotic after your meals, start with a high cell count and work your way down after a couple weeks. Worked for me.
