Shipping Policies & Options

Floressencetea.com ships within the United States, and to selected countries around the world. Exact shipping costs can be determined by using the shipping cost calculator in the shopping cart on the checkout page of this site. We ship Monday through Saturday. Our official cutoff time for same-day shipments is 1 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). We do, however, process many orders after 1 pm.
In most cases we ship the same day you order if:
1. The order is placed before 1 p.m. (13.00 hr.)  Monday to Saturday (PST)
2. The shipping address is complete and valid.

All orders are shipped according to best rate/time as determined by our computers based on package weight and destination. We use USPS as our primary standard service carrier, but packages may also ship via UPS and/or GSO. If the address is a post office box, a carrier other than USPS may initially transport the package; however, it will be delivered by USPS to your post office box. Please allow up to seven business days from ship date for delivery when choosing Standard Shipping.

Domestic Options:
USPS – Priority Airmail – Airmail or Priority Mail works great for delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses, as well as street addresses. USPS is delivered Monday through Saturday.
USPS – Express Service - Airmail or Express mail is guaranteed next day the order must be in before 1 PM for guaranteed next day delivery USPS Express is delivered Monday through Saturday.

Golden State Overnight
GSO - Next-Day, -- California, Arizona and Nevada orders
This service delivers by 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. This shipping method may not be available for certain zip codes

Please Note: The driver may choose not to leave a package if you aren't present to sign for it. To avoid such a situation and ensure receiving your package, you may use a business address.

UPS Ground -- Anywhere in the contiguous United States.

UPS 2nd Day -- Anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Also Note: If your order contains products needing refrigeration, and was placed after the cut-off time of 1:00 p.m. Thursday, it won't be shipped out until Monday. (We will indicate on the web page if an item requires refrigeration by attaching the word "ice" after the product name.)

International Shipping Options:
USPS - International Air Mail, First Class Orders shipped out using this method take 5 days to 2 weeks for delivery to Asia, Canada, Europe, and Pacific
USPS - International Air Mail, Economy Orders shipped out using this method take 1-2 weeks for delivery to Canada and Europe, and 2-3 weeks to Asia and Pacific

Please note: These 2 shipping methods are delivered through the postal services, and they have no tracking information.

UPS -- With tracking number. Takes 2-3 business days to major destinations (Hong Kong, London, and Tokyo)

Next Day and Second Day Shipping

All UPS 2-day orders will be delivered in two business days. If an order is placed on Friday by 2:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Tuesday, pending credit card verification. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday.
We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
The Flor Essence Tea strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.

Back-ordered items on international orders

Back order item will delay your international delivery unless you contact a Flor Essence Tea representative at 1-702-450-2100, or via fax at 702-450-7100. Your order will be automatically shipped when all the products are available.

International Shipping (including Canada) actual freight
The shipping cost is dependent upon weight and destination and will be calculated during final checkout. Average shipping time for international orders is 15 business days. If you do not receive your package within 15 business days, a refund for the purchase price of the products will be issued upon completion of a postal inquiry. We thank you for your cooperation.
Please be advised that Flor Essence Tea com Products is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. Also, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

The Floressencetea.com uses environmentally-safe packing material!

We use environmentally-friendly, food-based "popcorn" packaging to protect your products during shipping. Although it may look like Styrofoam, this lightweight, easy-to-handle material is actually made from potatoes, rice, and other natural foods that will dissolve on contact with water!

International shipping charges for purchase and returns are non-refundable.
We do not ship to Nigeria, Andorra, North Korea, Iran and Cuba
