Credit Card Order Processing - How it Works!

Ever Wonder what happens when you order our Products – How the payment process works?

This explanation will help you know that it is a safe and efficient process ordering from our website.

The Process itself only takes a few seconds; we try our best to get the order out the same day…

Step 1 We the merchant submit a credit card transaction placed by You the Customer to Authorize.net (the Payment Gateway) on behalf of You the customer via a "secure website connection" ..

Step 2 Authorize.Net (The Payment Gateway) receives the secure website transaction information and passes it via a secure connection to our merchant bank processor.

Step 3 Our merchant bank processor submits the transaction to the "Credit Card Network" (a system of financial entities that communicate to manage the processing, Clearing and settlement of credit card transactions all over the world).

Step 4 The Credit Card Network routes the transaction to your credit card issuing bank this is the bank that approved you for the Credit Card.

Step 5 Your credit card issuing bank," Approves or Declines" the Transaction based on your available funds with the issuing bank and passes the transaction results back to the Credit Card Network.

Step 6 The Credit Card Network relays the transaction results to our Merchant Bank Processor.

Step 7 Our Processor relays the transaction results to Authorize.Net.

Step 8 Authorize.Net stores the transaction results and sends a transaction result e-mail to you the customer and to us the merchant. This step completes the authorization process.
This entire process is complete in about 3 seconds or less.

Step 9 When we receive an e-mail that you're order has been approved, we then start the order completion process for the approved transaction and carefully package and ship you your order.
We then notify by email authorize.net that your order has been process and shipped to you.

Step 10 Your Credit Card Issuing Bank sends the appropriate funds for the transaction to the Credit Card Network, which passes the funds to our merchant bank. The Bank then deposits the funds into our merchant bank account. This step is known as the "settlement process", and typically the transaction funds are deposited into our primary bank account within two to four business days after we have shipped you your very important cargo.
