Directions

Senna is an excellent herb for regular bowel elimination.. In this formula Bija also adds several other herbs to aid digestion. When I was growing up we all had Senna Leaves every Saturday morning. On it's own it is best not to take it every day.

I sometimes have bad irregularity, and was looking for a less harsh way to deal with this issue, I found Gentle Senna Tea and it works perfectly! By just drinking a cup of this tasty brew I was able to become regular and felt much better!! So if you are having irregularity at all I would definately suggest this tea!
