Directions

Bring fresh, cold water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Bija Healing Tea and leave the bag in 3 to 4 minutes or to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently, and remove.

Cranberry with Rooibos Tea is an amazing tea that I would recommend to anyone! I have been drinking this tea for the last 6 months, and I have noticed that even though everyone else has come down with a cold or some type of illness, I have not! This tea really packs a punch when it comes to building up your immunde system!
